Charming Romanian Glass Basket of Victorian style in white with spattered colours, and has a punt mark on the base. This was probably hand crafted during the 1960s.
The wavy rim basket is ivory white with spattered glass in shades of blues, orange, yellow and reds. This rises from a clear 4 footed wavy base and the clear corded handle is attached with 'tied' glass and has decorated nodules.
The basket is in good vintage condition with no cracks, chips or nibbling. There are some tooling marks and a blunt punt mark to the base. See Photos.
A proper vintage looking piece of glass ware, a posy vase or ornament. A lovely gift for that special person on ay occasion. A Charming Romanian addition to a glass collection. And this glints beautifully in the sunlight.
