Set of 5 beautiful clear crystal glass Custard or Jelly Glasses with handle. These were widely used in the Georgian/Victorian times and were presented on tasers (glass trays).
The glasses have a round base and short stem; the cup has a flat bottom and blaze cut design. The handle has an ornate flourish at he bottom and is gently curving to the rim. The base has a polished pontil and is unmarked.
The cups are in good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or nibbles, except for 1, which has a scratch on its side. See Photos.
A lovely set, which could also be used as unique drinking glasses. Theses glasses have a lovely delicate feel and really nice to hold. An ideal vintage wedding gift.
