Wonderfully Art Deco, amber swirl thick glass posy vase from the 'Equinox' pattern range by Bagley and Co in the 1930s. It is the catalogue number 3061 and has 'Made in England' etched in the base foot.
This attractive and popular posy vase is a lovely shade of clear amber glass and is thick and heavy. Standing on a square raised foot, the swirls starts the at the base and culminates into a deep scalloped overhanging rim.
Typical of the Art Deco era, this oozes style, class and charm, that is missing today, so a to own a piece of this by gone era will enhance a home or office of that time.
